Welcome to ReHop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReHop website, application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Nichita Roilean ("ReHop," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username and password) and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information updated.
Service Description: ReHop provides a URL shortening, QR code generation, and link management platform. We offer various subscription plans, including a free plan and several paid plans with different features and limitations ("Plans").
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Paid Plans: For paid Plans, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting us.
Payment Processor: All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices for our Plans at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities (such as VAT). You are responsible for the payment of all such taxes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of that period.
No Refunds for Partial Periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services, except as explicitly stated in these Terms or as required by law.
Refunds on a Case-by-Case Basis: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund if you are unsatisfied with the Service due to a significant misunderstanding of its features or a critical failure of the platform. All such requests must be sent by email and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not:

Our Property: The Services, including the ReHop application, website, logos, and all underlying technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Nichita Roilean. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and manage within the Services (e.g., your destination URLs and link descriptions). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use this content as necessary to provide you with the Services.
Termination by You: You can terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Services.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete all data associated with your account. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nichita Roilean be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
